Tonight I made homemade pizza for the first time since junior high. I used a rosemary focaccia crust topped with lots of vegetables (peppers, onion, and tomatoes) and a little pepperoni underneath it all. It was sooo good! And definitely filling--the pieces were thick and H-U-G-E! I think we need a bit more cheese to hold it together, although I used a whole block as is. The edges of the crust were very crispy...so crispy in fact that they tasted a bit like Giordano's pizza. SCORE! :)
